A Milano in data 10 Marzo 2017 NIBR, ASSOSEF e Assolombarda Confindustria Milano, Monza e Brianza hanno organizzato il convegno “D.Lgs. n. 254/2016 Non Financial Information - Prime riflessioni” il cui obiettivo è stato quello di presentare ed elaborare i commenti e le considerazioni sul provvedimento da parte di un panel di autorevoli relatori portatori di visioni differenti ed informare su come il mondo delle imprese sta inserendo l’applicazione delle Non Financial Information all’interno dei suoi schemi culturali e dei suoi modelli operativi e quindi sulle prospettive che si aprono per il futuro.

WICI Intangibles Reporting Framework

WICI - the World Intellectual Capital/Assets Initiative - has released its "WICI Intangibles Reporting Framework", which is publicly available in the WICI website (www.wici-global.com). The WICI Framework aims to help organizations better reflect today's business models, where value is generated through knowledge, technology, patents and know-how, organization’s strategy and procedures, governance, quality of human capital, brands and reputation, relationships with the customers and business partners. It is intended to support organizations who wish to report and communicate to markets and stakeholders, about how they utilize intangibles for their value creation processes, thus addressing a well-known “corporate reporting gap”. It essentially refers to non-financial (or non-monetary) information and metrics. This Framework crystallizes in one conceptually consistent document the best practices and proposals that have emerged globally in the field of intangibles reporting and organizations' value creation over the last twenty years.

 

IIRC

 Il Consiglio di Amministrazione dell’International Integrated Reporting Council (IIRC) ha annunciato che Paul Druckman, Chief Executive Officer (CEO), si dimetterà durante 2016. Paul ha concordato con il Consiglio un processo per assicurare una flessibile transizione nel corso dell'anno e continuerà a guidare l'IIRC sul suo ambizioso programma per il 2016, per esempio attraverso la sua partecipazione alla task force B20 dedicata allo sviluppo delle PMI e a quella del Financial Stability Board con riferimento alle informazioni legate al clima.
